Job Title: Senior Compliance Consultant

At Company 1 - The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of non-compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve compliance processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of compliance experience in a financial services organization.
  • University degree, industry courses an asset.
  • Professional attitude and adherence to a high ethical standard.
  • Outstanding knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
