Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Consultant to join our team at Company 1 - The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of non-compliance, providing recommendations for remediation and mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, providing recommendations for updates to compliance programs and policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
