TalentNest On Demand is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Administrator to join our finance team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to maintain accurate financial records, ensure smooth operation of accounting processes, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform account analysis and reconciliation to guarantee accuracy in financial reporting
  • Manage vehicle sales postings, accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Conduct bank reconciliation to verify transactions and maintain accurate cash flow records
  • Utilize accounting software, specifically CDK, to manage financial data efficiently
  • Assist in corporate finance activities by preparing financial statements and reports as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Maintain organized records of all financial transactions for easy retrieval and audit purposes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role within the finance department
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in account analysis and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS (ERA Ignite) or similar accounting software is highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills
  • A background in automotive accounting is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
