Food Service Team Lead

Join Tim Hortons as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a leadership role in our fast-paced kitchen environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys and establish work schedules.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
