Job Title: Bookkeeper

Reports to: Senior Accountant

At Nautical Consulting Group Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

Work Environment:

We offer a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week in a dynamic and supportive environment. The work language is English.
