Job Title: Pro Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pro Sales Associate to join our team at Behr Canada. As a Pro Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to professional painters and contractors, ensuring they have a seamless and efficient experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet professional painters and contractors, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with Behr's outside sales reps to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce, our customer relationship management tool.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with professional customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, with ability to learn and adapt to new software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
