About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro Sales Associate. As a key member of our Pro Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our professional customers, including painting contractors and their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet professional customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with our outside sales reps to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Work closely with the Home Depot staff to maintain a positive and productive working relationship.
  • Enter customer information into our customer relationship management tool, Salesforce.
