We are seeking a highly skilled Specialty Support Administrator to join our team at The Cigna Group. This is a 12-month contract position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The successful candidate will work within our Advocate Services Department, helping patients navigate processes associated with taking specialty medication. Our department brings convenience, lower spend, and better health outcomes to patients.

This role reflects our commitment to accessibility and responsiveness to patients and providers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound calls from patients requiring specialty medications, healthcare providers, and Specialty Support Programs.
  • Identifying and assessing caller needs, transferring calls to appropriate parties or scheduling future appointments as needed.
  • Providing accurate and complete information in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and departments.
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently.
  • Providing a world-class customer service experience with every interaction.

We are looking for candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Pharmacy or Patient Support Program experience is an asset. Problem-solving skills, flexibility in working days and evenings, and bilingualism (English and French) are also preferred.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
