Payroll Specialist

At LOVELY PAO MANUFACTURING CORP., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Prepare statements of earnings for employees, highlighting gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintaining confidentiality and security.
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems and data entry.
- Prepare and balance period-end reports, reconciling issued payrolls to bank statements.
- Compile statistics and reports, providing insights for business decisions.
- Maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Criminal record check required.
- Accurate, flexible, and organized, with a strong attention to detail.
