About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Community Engagement and Philanthropy. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative organization that is dedicated to promoting effective giving and community development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with the community and promote effective giving
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders
  • Manage and mentor staff and volunteers to ensure the success of community engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns
  • Provide leadership and guidance on community development and philanthropy initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in community engagement, philanthropy, and fundraising
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff and volunteers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership-building
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
