About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Director of Community Engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that is dedicated to increasing the number of donors who prioritize effectiveness and helping them maximize their charitable impact throughout their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with the Canadian community and media to strengthen our presence and influence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the effective giving and effective altruism communities to synchronize goals and initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor staff and volunteers, nurturing a culture of excellence and impactful outcomes.
  • Bring experience in philanthropy, fundraising, strategic marketing, sales, or related fields.
  • Possess management or leadership experience.
  • Show excellent command of English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
