Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Driven Brands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and supplies throughout our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
- Restock and maintain inventory levels in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills, including keyboard and mouse operation.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a state-issued forklift operating license.
