  • Managing multiple sites and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines

  • Monitoring team efficiency and reviewing timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensuring all aspects of the project align with the required scope and standards

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory/foreman role within the restoration, emergency, or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes and related electrical, plumbing, or mechanical regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with knowledge of Xactimate an asset
  • Basic accounting skills, including invoicing, billing, and general math
