As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the success of our construction projects. Your positive attitude, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities, resources, and equipment to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage multiple sites, juggling administrative tasks with on-site supervision
  • Monitor team efficiency, review and authorize timesheets, and ensure project scope alignment
  • Report outcomes to the Operations Manager and contribute to the success of First Onsite

Requirements:

  • Strong experience and knowledge in emergency mitigation and restoration processes and project scheduling
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory/foreman role within the restoration, emergency, or related industry
  • In-depth understanding of reconstruction practices for properties affected by water, wind, mold, fire, and vandalism damage
  • Knowledge of Canadian building codes and related electrical, plumbing, or mechanical regulations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Xactimate is an asset
  • Basic accounting skills, including invoicing, billing, and general math
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a commitment to customer service excellence
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including material handling, lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces
