As a Site Supervisor at First Onsite, you'll be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish. Your expertise in emergency mitigation and restoration processes, combined with your knowledge of project scheduling, will be invaluable in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key responsibilities will include coordinating activities, resources, and equipment to ensure seamless project execution. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Operations Managers to ensure that every aspect of the project aligns with the required scope. Your ability to manage multiple sites, juggle administrative tasks, and monitor team efficiency will be crucial to our success.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of managing crews and trades. If you have a proven ability to lead teams, ensure quality, and drive success in every project, we want to hear from you.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong experience and knowledge in emergency mitigation and restoration processes and project scheduling
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory/foreman role within the restoration, emergency, or related industry
  • In-depth understanding of reconstruction practices for properties affected by water, wind, mold, fire, and vandalism damage
  • Knowledge of Canadian building codes and related electrical, plumbing, or mechanical regulations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Xactimate is an asset
  • Basic accounting skills, including invoicing, billing, and general math
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a commitment to customer service excellence
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including material handling, lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces
