About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer Advisor to join our team at RONA Inc. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative learning solutions that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, training programs, and multimedia resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain learning management systems, including Workday Learning, to ensure seamless delivery of learning content.
  • Provide coaching and consultation to L&D team members on the use of approved authoring tools and processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems related to LMS content.
Requirements
  • University studies in a field related to training, instructional design, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a training designer or instructional designer role, with a focus on large-scale training programs.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems and large-scale content libraries.
  • Ability to learn new ideas and technology software at an advanced pace.
  • Strong skills in managing relationships, providing advisory services, and fostering collaborative work.
