Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team at Sangha Labour Contractor Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Office Management: Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including data, statistics, and other information.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and confirm meetings.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, ability to multitask, organized, reliability, time management, and dependability.
Work Environment:
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
