Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Preferential Tax Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
  • Budgetary Control: Establish and manage budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Investment Strategy: Design and implement investment strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Financial Systems: Develop and maintain financial systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of financial professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in financial management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
