About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent position that requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with clients to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
