CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively outreach to decision-makers to increase the ROI for their advertisement.
  • Support and expand our large social media self-serve advertising customer base.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and quotas.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work all shifts as required

What We Offer:

  • $20.43 per hour and 4% vacation pay
  • 12-month contract with possibility of extension
