About the Role:

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agro Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base, developing new business opportunities, and providing expert agronomic advice to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Provide expert agronomic advice and recommendations to customers on crop inputs, equipment, and petroleum products.
  • Work closely with our team of agronomists to provide comprehensive solutions to our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our customers receive the latest information and advice.
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the agricultural industry.
  • 3+ years of farming or agriculture-related experience.
  • Degree or diploma in Agriculture Business or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Class 5 driver's license and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
