  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Staff Management: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Communication: Prepare food order summaries for our chef and ensure that all communication with staff is clear and concise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
