Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Big Mama's Donair is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
