About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Property Manager to join our team at Riverwest Realty Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our strata properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure that lease agreements are met and that all necessary documentation is in order
  • Hire and supervise support staff to perform operational, clerical, or maintenance duties
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
