We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strata Property Manager to join our team at Riverwest Realty Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our strata properties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
