About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Property Manager to join our team at Riverwest Realty Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our strata properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our clients are satisfied with the level of service they receive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Leases

You will be responsible for negotiating and approving leases on behalf of our clients, ensuring that the terms of the lease agreements are met and that our clients' interests are protected.

Manage Property Maintenance

You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to our strata properties, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Supervise Support Staff

You will be responsible for hiring and supervising support staff, including maintenance personnel and administrative assistants, to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our clients receive excellent service.

Prepare and Administer Contracts

You will be responsible for preparing and administering contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs, ensuring that they are fair and reasonable and that our clients' interests are protected.

Monitor Progress and Costs

You will be responsible for monitoring the progress and costs of work on our strata properties, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Compile and Maintain Records

You will be responsible for compiling and maintaining records on operating expenses and income, ensuring that our clients have accurate and up-to-date information about their properties.

Prepare Expense and Income Reports

You will be responsible for preparing expense and income reports for our clients, ensuring that they have accurate and timely information about their properties.

Respond to Client Inquiries

You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the level of service they receive.

Requirements
  • Education

You will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and may have additional education or training in a related field.

Experience

You will have at least 7 months of experience in a related field, such as property management or administration.

Computer and Technology Skills

You will have strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Transportation

You will have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license, as well as access to public transportation.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines, and will have excellent attention to detail.
