Physiotherapy Clinic Manager

We are seeking a visionary Clinic Director to spearhead the day-to-day operations of our Physiotherapy Clinic in Petrolia, Ontario. As a key member of our Lifemark Health Group team, you will be responsible for driving impactful engagement and fostering positive connections with your team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients
- Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care
- Responsible for clinic financial and clinical performance metrics
- Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence
- Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development
- Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic
- Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce
- Assist in recruitment and hiring of staff

- Fully licensed Registered Physiotherapists in Ontario
- Minimum of 1-5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic
- Completion of advanced physical therapy courses is a strong asset
