Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Physiotherapy Clinic at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the clinical and operational success of our clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and communication
- Monitor and analyze clinical and operational performance metrics to inform decision-making
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including referring physicians and community partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our clinic remains at the forefront of rehabilitation services
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical leadership and management
- Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
