Physiotherapy Clinic Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the day-to-day operations of our physiotherapy clinic in Petrolia, Ontario. As our Clinic Director, you will be responsible for driving impactful engagement and fostering positive connections with your team and clients.
About the Role- Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients
- Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care
- Responsible for clinic financial and clinical performance metrics
- Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence
- Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development
- Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic

- Fully licensed Registered Physiotherapists in Ontario
- Minimum of 1-5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic
