- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and determine staffing requirements.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 35 hours per week
