Retail Store Manager

Macs Convenience Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role.
- Work Setting: Retail business environment.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Security Clearance: Basic security clearance required.
