Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NORTHGATE BAKERY. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is always stocked with the latest products and promotions.
- Scheduling and Operations: Create and manage schedules, ensuring that our store is adequately staffed during peak periods.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
