Administrative Coordinator, Yorkdale Shopping Centre

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Yorkdale Shopping Centre Management Office. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the Management and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a consistent, first-class experience to all visitors and stakeholders
- Support the Management and Operations teams with administrative tasks and projects
- Act as an ambassador for Oxford and Yorkdale, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
- Manage the flow of people through the business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform various administrative tasks, including mail and courier management, supply ordering, and data entry
- Collaborate with the Assistant Property Manager to support site initiatives and projects
- Proven working experience in a similar role, minimum two to three years
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that arise
- Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure
