About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Fitness Expert to join our team at the Yorkdale Centre. As a Peloton Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-store experiences and sales support to our customers.

Your Daily Impact

  • Provide personalized service and solutions to all customers
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and content
  • Help customers find the right product fit for their fitness needs
  • Meet or exceed established performance goals
  • Contribute to store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, and marketing
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives that may include commercial, third-party retail, corporate wellness, and community events

  • A passion for fitness, technology, and Peloton
  • Approachable, good listener, and empathetic
  • Proven sales, service, or fitness experience in a customer-centric environment
  • Ability to create immersive customer experiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and team-oriented
  • Flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

This is a primarily active position, involving long periods of standing and walking in the store, as well as bending and lifting items weighing 25 lbs or more.
