Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Panda Pod Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel, including mail distribution, meeting coordination, and data entry.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate records of all guest interactions.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, manage inventory, and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
