**Job Summary**
CapitalCare is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Leader. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality patient care and leading the Health Care Aide team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Health Care Aides in the delivery of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Lead and support the Health Care Aide team in their daily activities and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of a Practical Nurse program leading to a license by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA).
- Active registration with the CLPNA.
- Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
