Excel Resource Society is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced school or educational institution setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work.
- Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination.
- CPR Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Criminal record check.
