About the Role

At Five Below, we're on a mission to make life more fun and exciting for our customers. As a Merchandise Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal by leading our store's merchandising efforts and ensuring that our customers have an amazing shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the merchandising team to execute merchandising standards throughout the store
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately received, stored, and displayed
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
