About the Role

At Five Below, we're passionate about creating an amazing experience for our customers. As a Merchandise Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life and driving sales. You'll be responsible for executing merchandising standards, ensuring inventory integrity, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Freight team and all associates of the store while the Manager on Duty
  • Execute merchandising standards throughout the store
  • Ensure inventory integrity and asset protection
  • Drive sales and control expenses
  • Partner with supervisors or corporate office regarding store issues
  • Assist in supervising, training, and developing all associates
  • Assist in staff scheduling and payroll process
  • Ensure the execution of company Inventory Integrity process
  • Adhere to and hold associates accountable to all Five Below's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure
