About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandise Manager to join our team at Five Below. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for executing merchandising standards, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of merchandising standards, including signing, resets, and visual merchandising
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement
  • Ensure operational excellence, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and asset protection
  • Supervise and develop a team of associates, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Partner with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, expense control, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, with a focus on merchandising and sales growth
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
