Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at SBMC HOLDINGS LTD.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide a positive dining experience.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food, including loading buspans and trays, operating dishwashers, and sanitizing dishes and equipment.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, and washing and sanitizing kitchen equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling.
