Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at TRU BRANDS HOLDINGS GROUP LTD.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions:

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
