Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions, handle customer payments, and operate a cash register.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store initiatives as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
