We are seeking a Rental Agent to join our team in British Columbia, Pitt Meadows area, to work onsite in a permanent part-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare rentals for the day by ensuring vehicles are parked correctly, cleaned, fueled, and cleared of snow and debris.
- Assist customers with key access and ensure a smooth delivery and return process by using the booking system and conducting inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of satisfaction in all interactions.
- Collaborate with vendors on recalls and regular service requirements.
- Represent the company positively and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service oriented.
- Technologically advanced.
- Able to work independently.
- Clean Driver Abstract.
- 1 Year in customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
