About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rental Agent to join our team in the British Columbia area, working onsite in Pitt Meadows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare all rentals for the day, ensuring vehicles are parked correctly, cleaned, fueled, and cleared of snow and debris.
  • Assist with the booking system and inspections to ensure a smooth delivery and return process for customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage recalls and regular service requirements.
  • Represent the company positively and continually seek opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Technologically advanced, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Clean Driver Abstract and 1 year of customer service experience.
