Job Title: Lead Supervisor I - Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Supervisor I - Store Operations Manager to join our team at Tapestry, Inc. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates and supervisors, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience in our store.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that all displays and fixtures are visually appealing and meet company standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and other metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations to management on how to optimize store performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
