We are seeking a permanent part-time consultant who is polite, well-spoken, and outgoing to join our North York team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers and develop your skills in providing exceptional service.
In this role, you will be required to work flexible hours, including weekday shifts until 8:30pm and weekend shifts until 6:30pm. We understand that full-day availability every day is not required, and we offer schedules that are posted two weeks in advance.
We offer competitive compensation, including a direct salary of $16.28 per hour. In addition, you will receive a training bonus of $1.25 per hour during the first 30 calendar days, which will be paid following the end of the 30-day period.
Other benefits include additional incentives and bonuses paid out bi-weekly and monthly, as well as closed statutory holidays – including Boxing Day. We also invest in our people and often promote from within.
