Cell City Inc. is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position with 32 hours of work per week, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Prepare general ledgers, financial statements, journal entries, statistical reports, tax returns, and trial balances of books.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, efficient, and have strong time management skills.
- They must also demonstrate dependability, flexibility, judgement, and an accurate approach to their work.
- A client-focused attitude is essential for this role, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $45,000-$55,000 based on industry standards and local market rates.
