Key Responsibilities- Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for optimization to drive gains for the organization from a cross-functional perspective.
- Develop and implement recommendations for continuous improvement, proposing approaches with a significant impact on profitability and efficiency.
- Challenge current operating modes, procedures, and business rules, considering adjustments to end-to-end processes.
- Effectively manage stakeholders and align various interests.
- Communicate proactively and concisely with management, presenting results, issues, and risks.
- Create engaging presentations and documentation.
You will be part of a dynamic team of 4 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement. Our team is known for its agility and ability to support various sectors in their simplification efforts. You will have the opportunity to work in an environment that values employee experience, customer experience, efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree related to the field and 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree related to the field and 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in business process management, organizational diagnostics, and/or project management in a context of transformation/business process management.
- Ability to quickly understand and resolve issues, providing relevant recommendations.
- Creativity in identifying solutions, ensuring their long-term viability.
- Advanced experience in process reengineering and continuous improvement.
- Experience in an advisory role to management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or changes, being results-oriented.
- Leadership and influence skills.
