Key Responsibilities

You will be part of a dynamic team of 4 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement. Our team is known for its agility and ability to support various sectors in their simplification efforts. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree related to the field and 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree related to the field and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in business process management, organizational diagnostics, and/or project management in a context of transformation/business process management.
  • Ability to quickly understand and resolve issues, providing relevant recommendations.
  • Creativity in identifying solutions, ensuring their long-term viability.
  • Advanced experience in process reengineering and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in an advisory role to management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or changes, being results-oriented.
  • Leadership and influence skills.
