About the Role

Salt + Light Media is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in its mission to proclaim Jesus Christ and the joy of the Gospel to the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Leadership
    • Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the organization.
    • Cultivate a strong public persona for Salt + Light Media and promote the organization's mission and values.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, staff, and external partners.
  • Board Governance
    • Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and decision-making.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the Board on organizational progress and performance.
  • Development and Fundraising
    • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the organization.
    • Build and maintain relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Financial Management and Administration
    • Oversee the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management.
    • Ensure the organization's financial stability and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Roman Catholic with a deep understanding of the Catholic faith and tradition.
  • Proven experience as a CEO, Executive Director, or in a related position at a non-profit organization.
  • Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions, including marketing, public relations, human resources, and broadcasting operations.
  • Experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and financial management.
